Returns & Refund Policy

At Custom T-Shirts 4U, every order is produced specifically for each customer. Because most of our products are custom-made with your artwork, logos, colors, and specifications, we encourage you to carefully review all order details and artwork proofs before approving production.

Returns

Because custom apparel and promotional products are made specifically for you, all custom printed, embroidered, DTF, promotional product, and large format printing orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or we made a mistake with your order.

For non-custom, blank merchandise (if applicable), returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • In the original packaging (when applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Artwork

  • Spelling and grammar

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Garment style

  • Print locations

  • Quantities

Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

please contact us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing george@customt-shirts4u.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the products and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will remake the affected items or provide an appropriate replacement at no additional cost.

Color & Print Variations

Due to differences in monitor settings, garment dye lots, fabric materials, printing methods, embroidery, and manufacturing tolerances, slight variations in color, print placement, sizing, and finished appearance are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Size Exchanges

Because custom apparel is produced specifically for your order, we cannot exchange garments due to incorrect sizes ordered.

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and ordering samples whenever sizing is critical.

Promotional Products & Large Format Printing

Custom promotional products, banners, signs, stickers, decals, table covers, displays, and other large format products are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be returned once production has started unless the product is defective or produced incorrectly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before artwork approval and before production begins.

Once artwork has been approved or production has started, materials and labor have already been committed, and the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

If a return or refund is approved due to our error, we will notify you after inspecting the returned merchandise.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel eligible non-custom purchases within 14 days of delivery.

This right does not apply to goods that have been custom-made, personalized, or produced to your specifications, as permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.
