Welcome to Custom T-Shirts 4U. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Custom T-Shirts 4U

Custom T-Shirts 4U specializes in custom apparel decoration and promotional branding services, including but not limited to:

  • Screen Printing

  • Embroidery

  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing

  • Promotional Products

  • Large Format Printing

  • Banners

  • Signs

  • Stickers & Decals

  • Team Apparel

  • Corporate Apparel

  • School & Spirit Wear

  • Custom Merchandise

2. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Submitting an order request or quote request does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

  • Payment has been received (or approved payment terms have been established)

  • Artwork has been approved

  • All order details have been finalized

3. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs before approving production.

Please verify:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Colors

  • Garment style

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Print locations

  • Design placement

Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges.

Custom T-Shirts 4U is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork

By submitting logos, graphics, trademarks, photographs, or other artwork, you represent that you own the rights to use those materials or have obtained all necessary permissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom T-Shirts 4U from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from artwork provided by you.

5. Customer-Supplied Garments

Customers may provide their own garments for decoration when approved by Custom T-Shirts 4U.

While every effort is made to properly decorate customer-supplied items, we are not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Dye migration

  • Fabric inconsistencies

  • Shrinkage

  • Damage resulting from the decoration process

  • Replacement of customer-supplied garments

Decorating customer-provided garments is done at the customer's own risk.

6. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing is based on factors including:

  • Garment style

  • Quantity

  • Print colors

  • Decoration method

  • Artwork requirements

  • Product availability

Sales tax, shipping charges, rush fees, artwork fees, and other applicable charges may be added during checkout or quoting.

7. Production Times

Most custom orders require approximately 10–14 business days after:

  • Artwork approval

  • Payment confirmation

  • Final order approval

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Product availability

  • Supplier delays

  • High production volume

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Artwork revisions

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

8. Shipping

Shipping begins only after production has been completed.

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Custom T-Shirts 4U is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Natural disasters

  • Other events outside our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

9. Returns & Refunds

Because nearly all products are custom-made, decorated specifically for each customer, custom orders are considered final sale.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only if:

  • We manufactured the order incorrectly

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

10. Colors & Product Variations

We make every effort to accurately represent garment colors and printed products.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Garment dye lots

  • Fabric materials

  • Printing methods

  • Embroidery

  • Manufacturing tolerances

These normal variations are not considered defects.

11. Product Availability

Occasionally products become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this occurs, we may substitute a comparable item after discussing available options with you or issue a refund if no suitable replacement is available.

12. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms outlined on your invoice.

Orders may not enter production until payment has been received unless prior arrangements have been made.

Late payments may delay production and shipment.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, product photography, designs, branding, and website content, is the property of Custom T-Shirts 4U unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

14. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Upload malicious software

  • Copy or scrape website content

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone violating these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom T-Shirts 4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Custom T-Shirts 4U shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor shortages

  • Supplier delays

  • Government actions

  • Pandemics

  • Carrier interruptions

  • Utility outages

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
